1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The return request must be made within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.
Custom or special-order items and customized DME, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Items classified as hygiene products (e.g., mattresses, bath safety products, CPAP supplies) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customs or special-order equipment (including personalized seating and mobility devices)
Used or opened items (unless defective or damaged upon delivery)
Hygiene-sensitive products (such as incontinent supplies, opened masks, or cushions)
Items not in their original packaging or missing components
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email info@dmemedicalsupplier.com or call 561-404-3316 within the eligible return period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Provide Required Information: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it to 137 S State Road 7, Suite # 303, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33414 using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is defective, or an error was made by us.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
5. Restocking Fees
Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, especially for non-defective items. This fee covers administrative and repackaging costs.
6. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for eligible items. Contact us to discuss options for exchanging an item for a different size, model, or version.
